Seckback interview ( can't download from my iPad)
    See kwilson71 post
    3 names he wants next;
    Canelo ( not allowed)
    Martinez ( busy with junior)
    Molina ( M.I.A)

Only Molina available ... Is he taking the fight?

Notice, he didn't call out K9. He don't want that fight.

K9 is the easiest fight at 154, old and unskilled.

Did he look like an old fighter to you?

Lara doesn't have the best body attack, and he stands in one place for too long.

He was getting backed up to the ropes consistantly against C level Hernandez who doesn't have the impact nor the angles that K9 brings to the game.

K9 is also stronger than Lara and could maul him if he chose too, and Lara resorted to some illegal tactics against Herandez. What will he do against a far rougher, stronger fighter, in K9?

If Lara can't get K9 out of there early or establish a serious body attack, both of which are unlikely, he is in for a long night.

K9 will be on his ass like a pitbull. Lara showed defensive lapses on Sat night. He puts those earmuffs up, but shots get through.

It just so happened that Hernandez doesn't have much on his shots, nor does he go to the body as consistantly as he should have.

This won't be the case with K9. K9 has nothing to lose. He may be old, but for him, it's just a number.

Snaggle tooth don't want none of lara,k9 is too wide with his punches and it would be like a sparring session for lara, easy ud for lara. And k9 better not gas early, because lara isn't spinks, when lara see's k9 gasping for air he will go for the kill.If it happens i got lara by 8th round ko,i see k9 missing alot with his haymakers and getting tired, frustrated and countered all night.

K9 is the worst title holder in the division and the easiest fight for any of the top dogs. K9 can fight the Corey Spinks and the Ricardo Mayorgas of the world, or he can fight one of the top dogs and get hurt.

    I disagree.

I think the later the fight goes, the more it favors K9. Lara was losing his **** against Hernandez. He started headbutting and breaking down mentally.

Lara also isn't a prolific body puncher. So this means that K9 would be able to impose his will as the fight goes on, unless Lara ends things early.

K9 showed no signs of slowing down last night against Spinks, and showed great finishing ability.

Sure Spinks could have gone to the body, but he didn't, and he never known for his body punching in his career. Lara is also not a prolific body puncher, so it's unlikely he is going to develop this skill in his next fight.

K9 deserves a shot. If Canelo won't fight Lara, he should fight K9.

K9 makes for an exciting fight and he deserves it. If you say that Lara will KO him in 9, that makes for a fan friendly fight and will only boost Lara's status, and enhance his popularity and ability to generate money.

So this is a win win situation for Lara...unless of course the dog beats the **** outta him.

    Or...maybe he's ascared.

I don't know though...I just call it like I see it. And this is a fight I want to see happen.

K9 is a title holder and is a top dog. Lara has no reason not to fight him.

    Who else should he fight?

I think his options are Canelo, and let's be honest, that fight is not going to happen, Cotto, which would also be a good fight or K9.

If K9 is the easiest and Lara can beat him so easily, why not beat this guy impressively with an emphatic KO and boost your popularity and your bargaining power at the same time?

    Why wouldn't Lara fight K9?

If you say it's no risk...it makes perfect sense to fight this guy.

Hope this doesn't get made. I respect Molina, he's a good fighter who's had a hard road to the top and fights anyone but he's just horrilble to watch. He does more holding than punching.

That's why I don't want to see Molina.

K9 will maul Lara just like Molina, but instead of holding on like a homosexual, K9 will punch.
