Lara..can anybody defeat him?

    Lara, great Cuban boxer has shown not only refined technique but also amazing power. Right now I don't see any boxer in his weight class that could outclass him. We have a great champion in the making.

    Lara has only one notable name on his resume and that's Grady Brewer, who rocked him twice and made him look ordinary. Brewer is awkward and hard to look good against, so I'll reserve judgment on Lara until I see him in with quality competition.

    Angulo, Kirkland and PW other than that i dont think there is anyone in that weight that can.

    Laras only weakness is his inside game. He panicks when on the inside. The 3 above have very good inside games so they have the best shot. No one is going to outbox him but out brawl him is possible.

    I would love to see Lara-Kirkland.....

    the worst enemy of Lara is Lara himself... i'm afraid he's gonna get too confident after getting a belt, and mark my words: Life style in Miami when u have money,kills you.

    He is looking better everytime out. Unbeatable? No one is, but we have a solid fighter for years to come, if he stays out of trouble and keeps up the good work, sure.

    No doubt Lara gots some serious skills, but I would still like to see him face better opposition. How about Lara vs Pirog for a good little test for both. Martinez right now, I feel can definetly beat him, but only because Lara is lacking that expirience by fighting bottom tier fighters.

    Kirkland and Angulo, who both can take some serious shots and put enormous pressure can realy give Lara some problems.

    Do you really think the handlers of those fighters you just mention it, will want to put them against Lara? What is the reward in that? They will avoided him until is something more than bragging rights, he is fighting for the WBA strap next and after that only the best available should come his way.
