Canelo landed more on ropes than he did on Lara, close win for Lara activity was in Canelos favor but quality shots were landed by Lara.

 

Lara won 116-112. I can not imagine how to score 117-111 for Canelo.

 

I had it 115-113 Lara, but 115-113 Canelo would be just as acceptable. Very competitive fight. I knew it would be. I thought Lara would be busier than he was. That judge Martinez with the 117-111 score was either bought or stupid, take your pick.

 

lara edged it i think, but those dirty spics were always going to give any points decision to canelo.

I scored it a draw. It was clearly a close fight and with Lara's negative performance and Alvarez landing the more power punches it's not surprising Canelo got the nod.

 

I had Lara winning 4 rounds and three of them were the first three. He can blame himself not the judges he really could have won this fight had he brought his testicles to the ring . He did did not stick and run . Lara ran, ran, ran stuck and ran, and ran even more from the 4th round on. The guy left his balls on the podium the night he disrepected Canelo in order to get the fight. Then he feels he can run for 12 rounds and think human juges are not going to forget. Had he not gotton the fight this macho way maybe just maybe the body shots go unnoticed. However these were some of the more clear and visible body shots i have ever seen because they were placed on a runaway marathon chicken carnival target. The fight seemed to just run by so quick thanks to Lara. People were expecting an exciting fight not a game of tag. This does not even qualify as tag because you have to touch someone first in tag not run first like Lara did.

Canelo could have challenged Laras manhood for the lack of bravado he displayed. Instead he just emphasized on how Lara just ran and jabbed all night. As for the rematch "Bingo" learn to fight when you challenage a man's manlihood.

No way I give Lara a rematch if I am Canelo. If I am Canelo I am thinking : you dispected me and had a chance to beat me and decided to run. ( must not of wanted the fight all that bad) .

I'll take Mexican boxing over ***** Cuban Boxing anyday. I am laughing how Lara referenced Cuban boxing to Military like. If that is the case their miltary is adept at taunting and running away from opponents like little grade school boys.

 

For the record, I've seen 3 polls so far and Lara has not won in either of them..:deal

Lara blew his chance by not throwing enough.

 

Lara is fairly one dimensional at the end of the day. He needed to work that bit harder and mix it up.

But Canelo landed most of his shots on the arms and missed most of his head shots.

Even fight. Canelo by a waxed hair probably.

 

Lara had to do a bit more to get the decision in my mind. But the body shots were extremely hard and he resolved to plain running in some rounds. Had it 115-113 for Canelo myself.

 

Lara sucks. Didn't watch.

It was an even fight. No way in hell Canelo won this fight it was shut out for Lara.

Lara should realise he cant win a fight with out throwing punches and almost running from this opponent on avoiding exchanges. Canelo got this fight, nothing close about it.
