I'm perfectly happy in my life thanks but I do hate to see corruption ruin the sport Ive been in & around most of my life
They said boxing was corrupt in the 50's when the mob ran it jeez they were like choirboys compared to today. They don't even try to hide it now . They blatantly rob fighters railroad innocent fighters tarnish and ruin their reputations & careers.
This is one reason I've started watching the PBR bull riding there is no faking tackling a 2000 pound bull. ROFL I'd love to see Mayweather put on the back of one LOL:rofl:rofl

 

I merely compared Mayweather & Lara which, you'd see if you knew anything about the sport, do fight the exact same way. Only difference is Lara doesn't have the corruption backing him & he's had losses.
Actually I wouldn't mind seeing GGG-Lara might be an interesting fight so see how GGG handles a runner

 

GGG gets him into the ropes or a corner and 1 punch KHTFO

 

Lara doesn't beat anyone any good, prove yourself and don't just say I can beat everybody.

He looked terrible against Canelo who should have been made for him.

Lara vs Angulo was one of the best fights of that year.

GGG won't fight Lara cos he knows he was paid off to throw the fight against Camelo. Which means he knows he will be getting the real Lara who retired Angulo.

GGG only fights pillow puff punching weaklings.

 

C/P because some people on this thread need to have a reality check.

Before Lara can even be considered a few things need to happen

a) Lara needs to get cleared by Haymon and HBO to fight on HBO.

b) Froch needs to officially turn down fight

c) winner of NDam-DL needs to turn down fight

d) Lee needs to turn down fight

I got some news for people, and the usual suspects may be really surprised by this... but GGG is not going to fight on a PBC card. HBO has him under contract, he couldnt if he wanted to.

Haymon has to allow it, and HBO has to allow it - both of which are pretty severe business hurdles over which neither fighter has control. In the bigger picture, both Haymon and HBO have been great for each fighters' career, respectively.. its not like they are each going to sever ties with their main business backer just to make this fight. Expecting them to is silly.

 

People said the same thing about Macklin and Geale and look at how they were viewed after the fight, as bums. If he beats Lara, they would say he's just feasting on 154 lbers with no power. Bank on that. There are just some people who will never be happy.

 

Nope Lara isn't an easy fight for anyone because of styles. He would get credit from fans from trolls no.

 

One has to be full of agenda and delusion to take anything Lara says seriously, particularly when it comes to fighting Golovkin.

 

Lara has had at least three chances to look great and has failed every time.

I'm not even sure he beats Andrade.

So the number 3 in the weight class below is calling out the number one above and the number one is now ducking the fight??

I would pick Lara to beat Andrade because Andrade is too inactive and has never really beaten anyone of note.

 

It was disappointing that Andrade did not move up to MW when he had the chance. I think he had a very good chance of beating Korobov, and with a 160lb belt HBO would have been happy to keep him active and build to a high profile unification bout.

Note I am not calling him a duck, noone should be compelled to change divisions if they dont want - but I do think he has the physical attributes to do 160 and he would actually be getting fights.

 

Its a HUGE PAYDAY considering his style.
Plus he TRULY believe he beat Canelo whom he knows is FASTER than GGG.
He is underestimate GGG IQ and ability to pin him down... And also unlike Canelo....GGG has shown not the slightest chin deficiency.
Obvious he thinks he can win.

Or at least make Canelo and Cotto look like Cowards for not taking it.
