Cotto would look like a fool constantly getting turned by Lara, and with the left hand shredding his face to bits, every pivot would have a left behind it, IMO.

And I'm not discrediting anything Cotto did in his LOSING effort against PBF, both fighters are warriors.

Hate for what? Erislandy boxed very nice against a tough opponent who has a better chin than most give him credit for. Yes, Berto KOed a cold Hernandez early. That has nothing to do with his ability to take a punch at a heavier weight. Why take credit from Lara. I think it all worked out well for Lara for the (10 rounds) work he got tonight.

exactly, everyone is all butthurt because he didn't get a KO, so he gets thrown in the dumpster. He showed alot of his arsenal, and fundamentals tonight. Solid Dude. Makes Adjustments.

If we consider Martinez a 154 pounder, I'd lump him in there with Lara, as well as Cotto. All very good with their feet.

Lara got very good skills and was killing hernandez with hooks and straight left hand. Im surprise nobody mention that lara show last night that he is a dirty fighter. When is the last time u ever seen a fighter nail another fighter with low blow and a headbutt on the same time? Lara remind me of hopkins and bradley the way he leans in with his head. I think it was 3 times he purposely headbutt hernandez.

Lara is a good fighter (who by the way is getting paid pennies for his fights)

I like him, people should forget about comparing him to Floyd, even at this stage he isn't ready but he along with other fighters like Canelo are the future like it or not.

We have to give him some credit, the likes of Floyd are once in a generation fighters so no point going there.

    Lara would beat Floyd.

Floyd is dodgy against southpaws and Lara is a top 5 P4P talent.
