hey, dummy, of course i know who roman gonzalez is...what's incredible is your inabilty to recognize sarcasm. my point was: roman gonzalez is an under-exposed lower weight class fighter and given the limited comp at that level, it's hard to say how good he really is.

Lara couldnt even land at 30 percent on canelo... he got hit more against canelo while landing less than an old smaller mayweather. He landed less... while getting hit more... lol.

Now, yes you can say well who compares to mayweather but man canelo is not that good. Lara is a natural 154lber in his prime.... and whether he beat canelo or not he damn sure didnt outclass him or dominate him.

An elite boxer will outclass canelo every time out. I laughed during the canelo fight on how overrated lara is. An elite boxer getting dropped like that against a faded angulo?

Man straight up, you are overrating lara to an extreme degree. You say yourself hes one of your favorites and as typical with people having a favorite fighter you are being bias.

I couldnt care less either way and watch for the boxing and im telling you lara is not an elite boxer.

But time will tell ill def eat my humble pie if he proves me wrong

Limited competition like Estrada, who's probably one of the 10 best fighters in the world? And what does the fact that he's "under-exposed" have to do with his quality?

Your smoking that good stuff if he's in your top 4 P4P

Lara is a great amateur fighter. His style is completely amateur.

Lara believes that he beat Canelo because he landed 9 more punches. What Lara fails to realize is that his 9 more jabs doesn't score you more points than Canelo's punches that kept Lara running around the ring.

I saw the fight with Smith and felt the Showtime announcers gave Lara a lot of credit for his skill and clean punching. They only gave Smith only 1 or 2 rounds. They did express the point of view of fans in general that his style was not attractive to watch on a consistent basis and may hurt his marketability. I think Lara did box last night, but runs on other fights.

Thinking Canelo and Molina both beat Lara just exposes you as a Lara hater.

Molina lucky as hell to get the decision over Ishe, the same Ishe Lara just schooled.

I'm Lara neutral. He's fought a consistently high level competition, and I give him respect and credit for it. He's not easy to beat by any stretch at 154. I just don't want to pay to watch him as a headliner ever again.

Canelo won rds 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9,12 clearly its a close fight the result was a Split Decision so you have an argument but Lara did nothin but run. Even fighters who scored for Lara almost all were close and all said in some rds he boxed snd others he just ran.

Lara fought Canelo every rds like it was rd 12 of FM-MM II, he could of won that fight but he didn't.
