There is NOBODY in the division that can beat Floyd. Or at 140. Hes frustrating cuz he is so unwilling to engage or enterain the thought of actually fighting but he boxes and he boxes damn well. He does enough.

Lara could run for 6 rounds and still shutout Floyd. Lara is everything Floyd's good at times 100.

    No he's not.

I used to think he might have a chance a few years ago, but not anymore.

He has a couple glaring weaknesses versus someone like Mayweather. Mayweather is the faster guy, faster hands, better counterpuncher, more accurate offensively, and he engages more in a fight.

Lara can lull you to sleep and he has great periods of inactivity during his rounds. On a skillset level, Lara is terrific, but he's a little lackadaisical at times in the ring and makes clumsy mistakes here and there (especially when he slides off the ropes to evade the opposition.)

Anyway while Lara is a master pugilist himself and someone who I thought should've had his hand raised against Alvarez, I just think FLoyd is a better all around fighter than Erislandy and he's just more active offensively. I'd imagine it would be a wide UD for FLoyd.

If Lara maintained a good punch output, it could be competitive. but nothing more than that, he's just a little too sloppy and lazy to beat someone as sharp as Floyd.
