Not foolish at all. Just because it happened 3.5 years ago doesn't change the fact that Rosado was a Junior Middleweight moving up. What's foolish is that Golovkin never stayed true to what he said which was anybody from 154-168, and his foolish fans not caring about it because it was said years ago.

The ONLY difference is that Lara is actually a really good top fighter, elite at the Jr MW division, while Rosado is a journeyman.

HBO allocated journeyman money, and got a journeyman. Which is exactly what they were willing to spend on Golovkin.

Lara is a far superior fighter with a far higher asking price, who the network still doesn't like for turning the Alvarez fight into a boo-fest.

If you guys still think it's GGG calling the shots because you feel like ragging on him, feel free to. Like I said, I'd be fine with a Lara fight. I think he's actually a very good fighter.

Lara is the only boxer that could beat Mayweather at his own game. Very interesting fight!

 

This fight is easy to predict. Lara frantically circles left for dear life, throwing the same 1-2 to little effect beyond disrupting the timing of his pursuer.

He gets methodically beat down and TKOed before round 9. If the fight comes off I challenge Shockmaster to a ban bet

 

I would watch Lara against Mayweather though, that is a good fight
