Floyd actually will slip around yet he will throw while moving most of the time. If you are just slipping, turning and not taking the opportunity you created to throw then you are just running IMO:hey

PAC will also turn a fighter but at the same time throw some punches in the process:yep

Do people seriously not see the difference between Mayweather's fighting style and Lara's a couple days ago?

I mean it is not hard to see the difference, at all.

Is that a serious question? Running doesn't take much skill or finesse. Evading shots the way Floyd does it, he's almost made it into an art form.

Canelo probably could use better training cuz towards the end Lara was easy to track down. At one point int he 10-11th, he did the same running pattern over and over, three steps right then back to the left over and over. Yet Canelo could not see this pattern and capitalize on Lara's formulaic movement. Amazing.

You cant' win a fight by running. Lara was afraid to fight Alvarez. One left uppercut did more damage than all of Lara's baby punches. If Lara wants to win a fight he needs to fight................I had the fight 117-111 for Alvarez, Lara did nothing but run like hell......................

Alvarez would knock Cotto out.......................Alvarez will probably fight Kirkland next, no way with he fight Golovkin. Golovkin would knock Alvarez out, he would also knock Cotto out as well as Lara, Soliman, Quillin, etc. If you want to see movement that is effective, watch Lomachenko Vs. Russell. Lomachenko gave lateral movement, but landed head and body shots, hard ones at that. I do not like Void's style, but he fights more than Lara, sometimes takes punches on the ropes, but at least he fights back at times, Lara only runs and is afraid to trade at all............

Mayweather gets hit FAR less then lara and Canelo was literally landing like 3 or 4 punches a round. Also Mayweather does stand in the pocket and slips/pulls punches and make you miss and makes you pay whenever you throw at the head.

It's aesthetic question. I rather see a fighter fight off the pocket like Toney or Floyd than watch a master mover run around and pot-shot his opponent with 1-2s. It's a viable strategy but is not fan-friendly.
