Why is this fight constantly being talked about? If Lara ran away from Canelo he will run away from Golovkin.

Lara has zero fan base, brings no money to the table and in most people eyes very negative and boring. It makes almost no sense.

Lara held his own with Canelo. I believe Canelo would beat Golovkin. I also believe Golovkin is untested against the elite. Instead of Golovkin waiting around for a Canelo fight, he should fight opponents more worthy instead of what he has been facing. Lara is a great opportunity to back up the hype, regardless of compensation.
