earn a fight with canelo? the same canelo who some fans think is unproven? which one is it? i don't care if canelo has a belt as i simply don't care about belts. if canelo is unproven to some, then why isn't angulo an acceptable fight when angulo is an acceptable fight for lara who these same fans think is proven?

You might Dont care about a belt, but boxers do.
Besides, and you know this very well, Canelo sells tickets, which means more money.

maybe the unproven fighters, not the top fighters though.

in regards to the second sentence. these fans say canelo sucks and that his competition is weak, yet they want canelo to fight their favorite fighter. wouldn't their favorite be guilty of doing what they criticize canelo for? it makes no sense but i guess that's how the minds of nuthuggers works.

good point. I guess this is an acid test for both.

Is Angulo back to his pre-prison form?
Can Lara handle Angulo's inside game?

I used to pick Angulo to beat Both Canelo and Lara. Now I am a bit torn as his last performances have not been the greatest. I will say though the last guy he fought was game as could be and should go back to WW as he can do damage there.

In my defense I can tell I've never said Canelo sucks, he's actually exciting to watch. I've said that he's still unproven at 154 and he got a gift belt.
And if you're rooting for a boxer and wish him success, there's no better way that fighting a ticket seller in front of a big audience on a big main event.

I don't see angulo improving speed or defense at this point.Still I consider him a top dog of the division but below canelo,Lara, vanes,Molina.
