then why didn't he step on the gas? it looked like if he went for it he would have had him out of there inside 7 rounds. And it doesn't seem like he has the punchresistance to make it the distance against Golovkin.
He can. Ohh he can. He boxed 12 rounds against Canelo who has close or more punching power than Golovkin.
But canelo can't cut off a ring and he can only throw power shots when his feet are planted, which is why he does well against come forward fighters... golvkin is a different animal. I would acually be intrigued by ggg v lara though to see if he can do what canelo couldn't and catch this guy lol. Golovkin is phenomenal at cutting off a ring.
i am not doubitng that but GGG is a master at cutting the ring off. he has good footspeed and has a jab to cut down distance. and when i say jab i mean he has one of th ebest jabs in boxing. im pretty confident GGG would KO lara inside 10 and im a lara fan.
