Holmes had the chin to take a few hard shots and the speed and boxing skill to out point foreman I believe. Its possible foreman could land and finish Holmes though. They both had tremendous heart, would be a classic at their best, might also be a close fight with Larry getting knocked down a few times. There's decisiveness for you! But think I'd edge towards Holmes with the points win.
