That was part trip and part slip........... Al Bernstein initially called it a knockdown in around the 9th round, but later corrected himself upon the review of the tape........ That was no clean knockdown at all........

oh yeah and he was also down against snipes and issac.
so I guess he was down 5 times in his career, (actually 6), and Liston was only down 3 times
Liston had a better chin.
