Larry Merchant drunk?

I cant ****ing stand Kellerman... the guy loves the sound of his own voice and is constantly name dropping fighters of yester-year. **** Kellerman. The only thing worse than Kellerman is having to listen to skys bull**** biased commentary. I'd kill to have Merchant on sky... and Lewis for that matter!

 

Lewis would do just fine on Sky, LOL. Max is the man. Has a far greater understanding of the game than does Merchant.

 

Im not disputing his boxing knowledge, fair enough he knows his stuff. But what really irritates me besides his stupid face, is when he get asked a question then he does his 'time to turn to the camera and take over the show' stunt acting like its all about him. He's a *****, and proved it with the Mosley-Mayweather confrontation... Merchant would've added fuel to the fire if he was in that position.

 

I don't understand how anyone can say he knows zero about boxing. He's been involved in the sport since probably before you were born. He was one of the original investors in Frazier. He's definitely struggling to find the words in his old age - but his points are always clear once the words emerge.

Kellerman's knowledge is useful only to someone that doesn't know how to get to Boxrec. He's a guy that helps you get excited because he's so energetic, but that kind of person is a dime a dozen.
