I didn't address Berto at all but if you want to go there, have you actually seen the Urango fight? ...But, really, what did Larry say about Berto that you found untruthful or unfair?

 

I thought it was funny how he was talking before the katsidis v marquez fight, and said "This is one of those fights where you won't want to leave your seat to go to the kitchen.....to....erm.....get a drink."

hahha, the first thing that popped in to his mind, is what he usually goes to kitchen for.

And I think Kellerman is a ****. But he is more frequently accurate about what's going on in there (somehow) than the rest of them. He's growing on me. Actually, I should say I used to think he was a ****. Now I appreciate what he does. Merchant is a dithering old man but I am happy for him to be hating on Berto for acting like he slayed a dragon when he knocked out a dude who was due to be paid less than 10% of the purse. That mother ****er is nothing. You know it, and I know it. Don't stand in the middle of the ring like you just knocked out Voltron.

I like Merchant's voice and how he calls the fights but he is wrong more than he is right. Emmanuel Steward does absolutely nothing for me. I don't even remember the last time he said something accurate. Two weeks ago he had Williams fighting a perfect fight about 3 minutes before being knocked cold by the same shot that he already caught him twice that very round. Last week he had Freddy whatshisname vs. Berto looking very very good about 10 seconds before getting KTFO in the first round.

Every time somebody says something half way intelligent, Steward says (of the usually weaker boxer) yeah, but X is putting a lot of pressure. What the **** does that matter??

 

1. Is that what you know happened or just what you assumed to have happened?

2. Litzau...not that black, really.

 

Berto is a joke. Even after that knock out.

Why did people barely write about it afterwards?

Where are the GIFS?

Where are the endless threads about Berto's picture perfect KO? Why has NO ONE compared it to Pac-Hatton or Martinez-Williams? Why no poll asking which of 3 was best?
