Steward used to be very critical of Pac for years. Pac's improved so it seems he's won Steward over. Same with Kellerman.

He said when a fighter knocks out his opponent in one round as easily as Berto did, it has as much to do with his opponent than it does the skill of the fighter that got the knock out. There was nothing wrong with that. Hernandez was a bum. That fight didn't prove anything, let alone if Berto was ready for Pac.
