    I thought Larry and Floyd were the two big winners last night, while Ortiz was the big loser, and Abraham equally so that night in Detroit. Where do I stand? Half idiot? 3/4? 1/4?

    It isn't different. Allowed or not it is ILLEGAL. It was a KNOWN illegal shot versus a LEGAL shot in retaliation. Still, something motivates you to accept the illegal shot and then vilify the LEGAL shot. What is that something?

    Exaggerated. Right. Did Ortiz exaggerate? Gatti got up. Mosley never went down. Exactly. This won't even enter your mind. Why? That takes away from you dumping on Mayweather (and Dirrell).

    I know you don't. You don't feel that condescension to "certain" people is a sign of racism. Why? You identify with the group that is being condescending. Same way you don't feel "code words" like "savage", "ghetto", "ignorant" are racist.

    Right is right. Like or dislike of a guy doesn't change that universal truth for me. It does for you. I was disappointed in how it ended, but saw how the situation was created. You did to right?

    Why is it that Larry who was ring side, decided to ignore the REPEATED attempts at head butts and a final MULTIPLE CUT causing head butt to call Mayweather "dirty"? I will tell you why. Merchant is drawing a specific negative picture about specific men. All of whom seem to have certain traits in common.

    What do they all have in common? What?

    That is a respectable position.

    I think that people with a bent like Merchant can't control this nature. Racism is but one of its manifestations. If placed in a diverse enough situation/timeline it would manifest itself as an *ism of another sort.

    I find that the guys who go to Larry's extreme are almost compulsive hate machines. Get him talking on any "other" group and he begins with this type of behavior.
