Larry Merchant is, and always has been, the s**t!

Larry was in the military, that's a risk similar to that of a ring where you have a ringside doctor, referee and medical staff around at all times.

He also doesn't stutter or cover face to face with professional fighters. That takes guts. Floyd was stuttering in the interview with RA, and sends his bodyguards to deal with his confrontations. He is a coward that has superior skills and physique, which allows him to whoop his opposition.

In other words, grow the **** up. There are fighters that are all heart (Morales), then there are incredibly gifted, born to box fighters that have much less heart than skill (Mayweather).

 

Being in the military isn't a ****ing risk, especially if you are in non-combat roles.

Stuttering has nothing to do with anything. It is clear you just hate floyd, fact is Merchant is a classess arrogant blowhard. time for him to be removed.

I hope Floyd puts his money where his mouth is and uses his leverage to have Merchant removed.

I love Larry. He has dedicated a lifetime to HBO and Boxing.
He adds a little something different to the telecast.

:goodYeah Larry did say that. I'm sure if Floyd hadn't of lost his cool then Larry would of praised him at some point during the interview. Thinking about it Merchant maybe should of started off more positively, but with the fight ending like that then you can't blame him.
Floyd acted like a dick just like he has all the way through the build up to the fight.
As a fan of this blessed, highly skilled, highly successful fighter, it is dissapointing to see and really can't be defended. The man has the world at his feet, lives a fantastic life but he needs to show some humility.
Larry can be an arse sometimes but Floyd should know this by now.
By all means tell Larry he doesn't get a "fair shake". But he could of done it without being a ***** infront of millions.
Fantastic fighter Floyd, but he makes it hard to like him at the moment.

 

I like Larry Merchant AND Bernard Hopkins and FM. I can see why Larry doesn't like both although I don't agree with it.
