    Merchant knows Glass Jaws exist in Boxing. I have seen him expose many Glass Jawed frauds. Who remembers the Andrew "Six Heads" Lewis comment and his comments about Michael Grant's Glass Jaw being an insult to Glass. :lol::rofl:patsch

    Yet we have people on here that make up ridiculous excuses when fighters get KOed it is never the Chin to them. :rofl:patsch

    John, sadly we have many people on here that just don't know Boxing. Too many young kids that watch HBO and don't like it because Merchant is/was harsh on their favorite fighter. Larry Merchant tells it like it is. He doesn't play favorites like other broadcasters do. HBO won't be the same when he is gone.

    Merchant is an old school kind of commentator. He's very brash, brazen and blunt. He's been this way since i can remember and you need people like this because commentators seem to try and make it all about them instead of the sport or issue at hand
