Him being norwegian going into the NFL is like an australian starting playing hockey late, getting into the NHL. It's crazy!

The guy still has the record for bench press reps among all players that have ever entered the NFL draft. If this guy was named Namobi from Kenya, these guys would be swinging on his nuts.

This is the example that all the americans are in the NFL. Except this guy is white and from Europe. That argument is just the most ridiculous thing ever.

They should make an inspirational movie based on this chap ending with his destruction of Williams rather than crashing a bobsled.

Is there any links to the KO? Can't find it anywhere.

Well, if they can leave some truth out of it of course. Though, I'm not exactly sure what the first trial was about.

I think this guy started with athletics, then NFL, then some court-cases and then to boxing.

    Williams just retired.

Danny was 285 in this fight.
Its good that he called time to his career now. No point getting hurt. Im sure he made some good money for himself.

  7. Bloody hell, Larsen's a HORRENDOUS fighter. Then again, nobody is saying anything but, and Larsen probably knows it himself.

Well. It doesn't look pretty, but seems to be effective. Would be nice to see him fight a real boxer who is offensively minded or a good counter-attack boxer.

Danny Williams retired, which is great, but he was probably a couple years too late.

Carl Lewis was considered a top prospect in the NBA and the NFL, but chose instead to go to the Olympics and run.

I think it's fair to say he made the correct choice.

Just b'cuz Larsen is an athletic phenomena doesn't equate to his success. If he had averaged 5 tackles a game and 1 sack every 2 games he'd be a household name even today.

Fact is the guy has some talent, but not in American Football or it would be on display today. IMO, Seth Mitchell was a better college football player.

In what world is Manuel Charr world class?

Dude sucks. Even if he was American, he'd be the 5th or 6th best American prospect. Dude was outboxed for several rounds by shot to **** Owen Beck, and Zack Page beat him fair and square but got robbed.

Larson is the second strongest man to ever play in the NFL. He has tremendous punching power.

As far as I know, a knee injury put a stop to his NFL-career.

He had enough talent to play defense.
