I just got done watching the Bantamweight unification fight between Carlos Zarate and Alfonso Zamora. The fighters had a combined 74-0 record with 73 knockouts. A fan jumps into the ring during the first round of the fight. Decent fight but one sided

I saw the last two rounds of the Okolie fight. Forgot I even saw that much. I guess that was Sunday.

I watched Basilio vs Demarco 2 yesterday. The video was edited weirdly but I still enjoyed it.

I remember those fights well, fighting Cuevas before Hearns was like walking through a minefield,,,, blindfolded.
Sooner or later the opponent would misstep and boom, over.
What Hearns did to him was so unexpected and shocking . I thought both would land their share of heavy artillery and Cuevas would win because of his more proven chin.
Boy was I wrong lol. Cuevas was a great fighter but Hearns was a ATG!

    Nikita Tszyu v Aaron Stahl.

    Caught some HLs on YouTube.

Younger brother of Tim of course. Took 6 years off to study architecture - this being his first fight back.

Not too bad - looks like he has also been blessed with some Kostya Kapow. Lot of work needed - particularly defense and offense that is perhaps a bit too deliberate but the potential is there if he is serious about the game.

Looks more like Mum more than Dad while Tim is an elongated clone of KT.

I wonder how the old man KT and his restaurant are doing in Moscow Russia?

I wish I could find Cuevas-Shields. I swear I’ve seen it before on YouTube but it seems to have disappeared.

Very possible not everyone is in a position to afford it. I only fork out money for a few boxers.

I wonder what they where thinking when it happened. "Battle of the Z bombers" was such a fun brutal fight.

In Russia Tszyu is making bank, he won't even contact Tim anymore over WhatsApp he has a new family now.

I feel as though the younger brother is just trying to follow suit with Timmy and may fall to obscurity. Hope not.

Tim is just a slightly bigger Kostya in appearance no doubt. He even wears near identical trunks to make it even better.

I watch whenever there are fights on TV (when I know about them): ESPN, Fox, Showtime, etc.

I ordered Canelo-Plant. I wish we got decent undercards like you’d often get in the old days but I enjoyed the main event.

EDIT: Also ordered Fury-Wilder III. What a war.

I don't even have all that I fork out too much for streaming services. People say as they want about Don King but he knew how to stack a card, now everyone want's to be the star and the undercards are filled with guys you and I have probably never heard of.
