I find his height the weirdest thing. He seems to be taller than all his opponents but yet Tyson dwarfed him, and most guys who are around 5"10 or 5"11 seem to be considerably taller than him. He does seem to crouch a bit though.

Hatton has vicious bodyshots and Khan isn't hard to find, his defense is to run from his opponents! And yes Hatton had fast feet, faster than Peterson, Maidana (by a margin) so Hatton would easily catch up with Khan.

I agree Khan is not the finished article by a long shot but he does have some major flaws that need fixing.

Anyone with pressure that can force themselves on Khan can give him problems. As stated before - Peterson isn't even a inside fighter or powerhouse and managed to bully Khan around the ring all night.

Khan should really stay away from Brandon Rios.

Khan is ignorant. He expected the ref to keep jumping in to help him when Peterson was forcing himself on him. Khan needs to realise in a boxing ring - you need to keep your hands up at all times. Peterson was just loading up on the ropes and Khan had no clue.

Indeed. He was shipping many thumping punches on the ropes. A bigger puncher than Peterson, who's no huge puncher, may well have had Khan out of there no matter how good or bad Khan's chin may or may not be.

I have said for a long time that Khan gifted though he is has fundamental inbuilt deficiencies. Hatton would defintely stop Khan.

  6. Hatton could beat him any way he wanted.

He could press the action and get rid of him or outbox him to a decision using his footwork.

Could see Hatton struggling with Khans speed
    Would be a great fight!!

The forum seems to have went to

Khan wouldnt stand a chance against Hatton(years ago) to Hatton being a bum who'd get beat, NOW we're back to Hatton winning again, boxing fans are a fickle bunch.

No doubt Hatton would stop Khan. Hatton would walk him down and Khan just wouldnt have any answer to that kind of pressure.

Or last night we saw how just how incompetent Khan is at fighting inside and getting fighters off him.

We hadn't seen anyone apply that amount of pressure on him since he'd been with Roach, and he struggled.

Ive said this for a long time now even with all this overhyping that Khans been reciving.................... A prime Hatton would DESTROY Khan, i would put my life savings on it. Khan dosent have the power to keep Hatton back, he would have sucsess for the first 2-3 rounds then Hatton would take full control and have Khan on the back foot and finish him before the 10th

I wanted Khan to win, I thought he did but Peterson deserves credit for his performance.

I hope Peterson attracts a lot of new US fans & the rematch is in Vegas.

Khan hates when fighters pressure him (Maidana and now Peterson) so Hatton would be a horrible style match up for Khan.

Hatton would chew him up and spit him out, no mistake

Yeah, it really wasn't rocket science, Hatton is so under-rated
