You make some interesting points, but those facts could be twisted and an argument made in other ways, but dont really want to get into that.

Hatton - Never was a fan of the guy but, hes only lost to one American in the weight above that he normally fights in, but has beaten at the time WBA WW champ Collazo in his first fight in a higher weight catagory.

Kessler - was already a fighter that had been beaten before he fought Ward. How many times have you seen a competent champion, beaten by a better fighter and then, once exposed fed to prospects with a bluprint on how to beat him.

Abraham - Was being well beaten, and has been behind in fights before only to come back and score a KO. I think Dirrell was boxing well and would have finished on his feet, but you never know, Abraham was coming after him (think Chavez - Taylor, Froch - Taylor etc). Its not unsual for Abraham to give rounds away. I dont like Abrahams style at all and thought Dirrell looked good, but alot of good SMWs would have done against a small MW who dosent throw much

Froch - Boxing News and The Ring magazine both had Froch a close winner. It was a close fight which could have gone either way

Calzaghe - What top American SMW didnt he fight? Jones was in the weight above and Hopkins in the weight below. But at SMW he beat Brewer, Mitchell, Lacy, Sheika. Hopkins as you have probably read over priced himself, and ive read Jones put in a higher than normal price. But think when Jones had his fight with Ruiz, Calzaghe hadnt at that time fought Mitchell, so how saleable would that fight have been at that time, and if Calzaghe had of beaten Jones in his first fight back at SMW he wouldnt have got much credit. Also Calzaghe beat Hopkins who regardless of his age was the premier LHW (So who was Calzaghe meant to fight) who had just beaten Wright and Pavlik after

Klit bros - If they werent around, who knows America may have some top HWs, but in truth except for J Ruiz there hasnt been a top American HW for along time, and when Tyson was around he didnt want to fight Lewis, nor did Bowe and Holyfield got beaten

Bute - Who knows. Ward and Dirrell had been put down earlier in their careers by not so great opposition and the illegal shot which Dirrell got caught with didnt look the biggest shot, although he wouldnt have expected it in fairness and shouldnt have been hit, though I dont think it was intentional

With alot of American fighters there has been more cases of them having things in their system which they shouldnt have to assist performance ie
    Jones
    Toney
    Mosely
    Vargas etc
Which should count against performance and records

bradley's not a huge puncher, they're both very fast, bradley may be a bit too much for khan at the moment but when he gets a few more fights under his belt i'm not so sure.

Bute has a smaller back, but his arms are every bit as long as Dirrell's.

Witter? From what i can remember that was a close fight versus bradley and actually you should be praising the result as bradley got the nod in the fight and he was fighting the belt holder in his hometown but he still got the decision in what was a close fight. Would that happen in the states, somehow i doubt it, plus i dont remember witter ever being considered a top figher

Adamek dropped down from cruiser to fight dawson, that has to be taken into consideration too, how would dawson do at cruiser against him maybe? Americans are so biased, you guys even have to load up home town refs and officials as insurance, amazing

No he did not. Adamek was the WBC LHW champ when he fought Dawson. He didn't go up to Cruiser until after Dawson gave him the business. Since when do Americans load up on hometown officials?

He moved to the States when he was 10. He's lived here ever since. Listen to him talk, he doesn't even have an accent. He's a Filipino-American.
