Last night shows you how special Pacquiao and Floyd were

I said pac's weight peaked between 135 and 140 as a matter of fact pac hasn't been under 140 since he was 29. anything past 140 during the weigh in makes you a welter weight. and if you think boxers do not lose weight in camp then you are delusional.

 

Pac doesn't lose weight to make 147. He walks around at or under 150. When training starts, the pounds fly off and he has to keep eating to maintain his weight (the famed 7,000—9,000 calorie diet). If you watch Pac's camp videos, he's stick thin. He was shown eating a massive breakfast before heading to the weigh in for a fight and even then he came under 147. Point I was making was that Loma and Pac are the same size.

 

Pac is only little in height, he has 8 inch wrists, massive calves.

He's a lot thicker than Loma

 

If Lopez is on his way to a legendary (big if obviously), where does beating Loma rank in a comparison with the high level wins of Floyd or Pac?

 

Pacquiao would frequently rehydrate to 140's while fighting at FW to LW. He had the musculature to go up to WW without losing too much of his pop.

I don't think Loma is a huge weight gainer. He probably went up 4-5 lbs after the weigh in. Genetically, he's a FW or SFW.

 

So unless two fighters are the exact same dimensions and proportions we can't call them the same size even when they competed at the same weights and around near equal I'm height?

 

he walks around 150 but weights around 145 in the official weigh in that is literally losing weight in camp. you are way to emotional to be rational in this.

 

By the time pac was 30 he was fighting at welterweight so they are not fighting around the same weight in the ring pac probably has close to 10lbs on him fight night which is a lot in the lower weights.

 

Floyd and Pac were great

but they still failed to fight each other when it mattered for whatever reason

Pac is 5'5 and walks around at around 145. He's a similar sized man to loma.

 

This. Pacquiao is 5'4.5" with narrow shoulders. The man is the size of a jockey.

 

with huge calves and wrists as large as Mike Tyson. *Wrists* the size of tyson.

 

Size in boxing comes from height and shoulder breadth. The taller and wider your frame is the easier it is to move up in weight and the bigger you are.

Big calve muscles and large wrists don't mean much when you're a midget with shoulders as wide as a 16 year old.

The reality is that Pac and Loma are the same size. It's just that Pac hit so much harder and was willing to basically say **** it, I'll eat some bombs from bigger men, and bit down on his mouthpiece and gutted it out.
