Was at the Froch fight last night. Firstly great venue and atmosphere even if it did kick off a bit in places! Also good to see Tyson Fury mixing with the fans, seems a good fella.

I came home today expecting a bit of anti Froch as expected but mainly Dirrell as he ran for most of night and highly negative. Cant believe all the shouts of robbery! Ok it was not vintage Froch and yes his limitations were highlighted but he clearly won. The fact it went to an SD was the biggest shock. Regardless of what he says post fight his reaction at the bell said it all, he didnt celebrate or act like he'd be in with a shout. Anyway no point in trying to convince the general forum otherwise but Froch as the agressor and champ cant be judged to have lost his title against that Dirrell performance.

I watched the AA v Taylor on bigscreen (quite often behind some mugs head who were more interested in 'star' spotting than watching boxing) and from that distance it looked like he boxed well till the stoppage, sitting behind the jab and throwing decent combos. Was difficult to see from distance and will re watch as maybe missed a lot but found it hard to believe AA was so far ahead on the cards!

What were the judges scores going into the final round?

I had Abraham only one point up at the start of the last round. I thought Taylor boxed really well, although Abraham was always in control. Good fight, actually.

Scoring after the 11th round: 105-103, 107-102, 106-102, all for Abraham!

2 rounds is ok, but not 4 or 5.

Abraham, whilst very efficient, wasn't busy enough at times, and even seemed to take a round off here and there. For me, Taylor boxed well enough to make things interesting going into the last round (on my scorecard at least).
