From round 11 Richie woodhall and enzo had Tony up by one round with Tony doing all the pushing/pressing deffo in the latter part you do have the question the scoring just watched it again, it deffo wasnt 5 even the writers had it tight with one to go
just watched the fight again and I have to give Tony even more credit he never allowed himself to be wound up by cleverley acting the fool he pressed all the time and took some terrible low blows, how Paris scored it how he dis is beyond me, its embarassing and I feel for Tony hearing that after all he gave
115-113 Cleverly 1 - Clev 2 - Bellew 3 - Bellew 4 - Bellew 5 - Clev 6 - Clev 7 - Clev 8 - Clev 9 - Bellew 10 - Bellew 11 - Clev 12 - Clev
Parris' scorecards are always too wide. Ruined a good fight... I thought the 116-113 was a little too wide as well. Widest I could score it to Clev was 115-113 but I thought it was a draw.
I scored it 115-113 Cleverly, but a couple of rounds either way is fine. Im not going to complain either way becuase the right man won
i think clev just sneaked it. they will both have learnt a lot from this fight though, and i really enjoyed it.
I thought it was such a good fight I didn't want to pick a winner. I was just so proud of both of them.
I had Bellew 115-113 first time and then when I watched the re-run before the Hopkins card I made it a draw. I can't quite give it to Clev myself but I can't really argue with someone scoring it 115-113 the other way because there were some very tight rounds in there...
I scored it 116-112 to Bellew, felt the "boxing" rounds he was just doing the more work, especially with the jab.
Close but Clear 115-113 to Clev. Bellews works was good but mainly on arms and gloves of Clev. They both landed some nice shots but Clev definitely had the better work and the better stamina. Truth be told I would love to see a rematch.
Very hard to score some rounds, wasnt being biased at all, Im a fan of both, may have to watch again.
