Junior has been having a few verbal wars with a few people on here..just thought you were masquerading as one of them in order to obtain his mobile..:bbb
i have booked all 8 fighters for last one standing... there are a few fighters on the waiting list too hoping for somebody out of the 8 to pull out... i think this is going to be a hit not only to the die hard boxing fans but also to the the australian public... thanks guys for your support.. oh and bye bye compaq!!!
Juniour, the truth is the sport in Australia on a local levels has been slowly dieing for some time. Sure, guys like Mundine and Green pull in the fans, but that does little to boost general interest, and I'd doubt any more are turning up to most shows. It's no surprise that sports like MMA have been on the up and up, trhe CFC in Sydney regularly packs out Lunar park stadium, boxers in Australia which are capable of doing that can be counted on one hand. This concept, LOS, won't change things overnight, but it is a great start to promote boxing amongst newer fans in a way which is sure to be succesful in getting them back again a second time around, and it's likely over time this would be picked up by Fox sports or something similar. Good work again for being brave enough to have a go with such an endeavourl.
8 Welterweight fighters.. Names of fighters:Tomas Vysoka, Ryan Stinson, Sedat Tasci, Paco Gonzalez Anthony Brownlie, John Akauloa, Jordan Geehoy, and finally a young fighter who many thought will make commonwealth and olympics games has turned his back on that for a future in professional boxing. Sam Ahsee is making his debut on LOS fight night. This young kid is putting a lot on the line to turn professional. He believes in his ability and he is confident he can overcome the seasoned fighters to win the FIRST LAST ONE STANDING tournament.
