He believes the man is cheating it's as simple as that, I know you are an intelligent guy, why is this idea so difficult to grasp? Did Micheal Moore tell PBF's camp something, did the same person email Atlas, are there other people in the fringe who have planted this seed? I don't know, what I do know is that PBF believes the dude is jucing and wants him to test (which shouldn't be a problem, and isn't a problem for most guys), it has nothing to do with "fear". You're too smart to take this silly of an approach.

Yet that's who Manny chooses to fight instead of Ortiz, Berto, Williams, Bradley, Khan...etc etc. Great point.

^ In all liklihood PAc will fight a Bradley or some other young gun next, so youll get ur wish . And he's gonna make very easy work of them too. They only reason he has not fought the guys u mentioned is because they dont stand any chance against him and everybody knows it. That's why no one's been asking for those fights.

We've been over this ground. Many times.

It doesn't matter what Floyd believes. The protocols of testing that the boxing authorities have deemed adequate for all of Pac's and Mayweather's other fights, are the accepted standard for competition.

It is most obvious that Floyd fears Pac.

He may fear him because he believes he's juiced, (IMO, unlikely) but fear him he does. Otherwise he would fight him.

It comes down to one dude trying to dictate extraordinary and insulting conditions.

    Two other points:

    1.

OSDT have very little over current boxing tests in efficacy. They can be easily circumvented if there's a will to do so.

Marion Jones was tested up the ying yang, passed all Olympic tests, and was caught on testimony, not tests.

Lance Armstrong is probably the most tested athlete in history, and he has yet to be caught.

Boxing authorities have caught lots of cheaters, including James Toney twice.

    2.

Floyd has stated that he would easily beat 'the midget' on or off PEDs.

    Everyone knows the score here.

    Floyd fears Pac.

By your logic, Manny fears Floyd, because he is scared to take sophisticated drug tests.

not the part time boxer that floyd fought who is contented to just move forward against floyd with a jab.

yes it that's why roach has been telling the media that the 130/135 version of pac can take on that version of oscar. but us fanns are blinded by oscar's size advantage and would justs ay that pac would be knocked out by a jab alone.

and you forgot to mention that mosley was coming off a 16 months lay-off and if you are nearing 40, a long lay-off could is not good for you. and mosley's shitty performance against mosley and pac just confirmed that the mosley that floyd fought was already shot.

if cotto got past 11 rounds against a relentless, on top of his game pac, why would he not get past a part-time boxer in oscar which floyd fought? it doesn't make sense. cotto would have smashed the oscar version that floyd fought, the one who could not pull the trigger.

 And what would Cotto's strategy be. Boxing Mayweather?

Oscar had a far superior defense to Cotto. Cotto blocks punches with his face, Oscar is adept at picking off punches with his gloves. Cotto is 5'6. With a 67 inch reach. Oscar is 5'10 with a 73 inch reach. Oscar had the height and reach advantage over Mayweather. In comparison Cotto has the arms of a TRex.

Please tell me *******. How does a 5'6 67 inch reach Cotto beat a 154lb Oscar?
