Name a time someone was in a division as weak as Golovkins. The worst MW division of all time.

Uchiyama was destroying the super feather weights, Wladimir and Vitali where running the heavyweights, Roman was destroying everyone besides EL GALLO.

This all depends on whether or not the fight happens, of course. Usually they don't become bums until after Golovkin beats them, but now they start becoming bums when it just looks like the fight may actually happen.

Hopkins made 20 defenses. That's all you need to know.

He isn't dominating though, he's established himself as the leading candidate to challenge for the lineal crown but he hasn't dominated the division.

He has dominated a slew of 5-10 ranked fighters though and I'm interested to see how his career develops from here.

You're probably right. In the last years only Wladimir dominated about as hard, and his dominance, that was absolute, still wasn't as monolitic as Golovkin's his.

For example, Wlad won 10 rounds on 12, but didn't stop Ghaye. Dominant win, but still not as good as Golovkin, who literally steps off the gas pedal after 2 or 3 rounds in all his fights, ending them when he feels like it

When boxers in your weight class outright refuse to fight you or enter into negotiations, then that's total domination.

    hi

3g is a good fighter but how has he dominated by beatng up postprime former bit part titlist danny geale, that being his best win?

I think what you mean is he is arguably the number 1 in his division along with 1 other.
