Can you not discern a pattern here?

 

Wouldn't it have to be the one against Folledo who was rated no. 6 by Ring when your Lazlo hero fought him. Did Papp ever defeat any other fighter who was rated at the time he fought him? I'm too lazy (or disinterested) to check on this, but weren't the other name fighters he fought several years past their years as rated contenders at they time they fought? I'll let you rabid Papp fans figure research this one for me.

 

Ya, I knew the guys Papp beat were past it. I believe Tiger Jones retired like a year after the Papp loss, and Christensen did too I think. I'm too lazy to check too. I just recognized the big names.

 

Jones was having his last fight,Christenson was 38 for their last fight.
