this BS is realy bad for kesslers career man
i hope it gets sorted fast because kessler should be running business at 168
and taking care of the other guys gunning for the no.1 spot at 168

I really hope he gets his career back on track. THE MAN at 168 and he should be unifying. Maybe he can just go to Balzsay's home and beat him up and take the WBO belt from him while he waits on Palle?

    Vacant.
There is a difference between being ranked no 1 contender and being the man.Since Calzaghe moved up(and retired) noone has taken his place.

OK. So you want to play "semantics". :patsch Didn't Kessler have three of the belts prior to his fight with Calzaghe? He would most certainly whup Balzsay pretty badly. That would give him two back. Froch? We are up to three. That leaves a fight with Bute. I'd currently favor Kessler.

I agree with this. While Kessler has a solid resume besting average smw contenders and cab drivers, he hasnt secured that marquee win. The one time he took on an elite fighter, he was defeated rather soundly. IMO, the man at smw will be decided when the four top contenders battle it out, kinda exciting actually;)

So being champ is based on who you think he would beat? It's what he has done not what you'd think he would do.Don't talk about Froch,Balszay and Bute when he's fighting Sartison,Haussler and Larsen.

Still. Kessler had 3 of the belts at SMW. The only guy to beat him is gone. You could make a case that Kessler's previous 3 belts should have reverted to him because he was the last to actually win them, not get them handed out in a lottery.

He had 2,WBC and WBA.And no that's really stupid what you said if you really think about it.Boxing ain't about who you think you would beat but who you actually beat.Balszay won his belt fairly and Kessler got his a vacant belt against a lower class opponent. If anything he shouldn't have got it like that.
