    Have you read my posts in this thread? Caballero's promoter came out and said that Arum never made him an offer. If a $150K offer was made, I would have nothing to say about it because I don't know how much the fight is worth. However, no offer was ever made. Cab can't accept an offer that wasn't made.

    What's wrong with you people? Caballero was never made an offer. Here is the quote from Cab's promoter;

    "The kid comes in and asks for tickets to the fight. And they [Top Rank] agree - but why would you seat him in 203 and not ringside where the guy can be seen? Because you have no intention of getting in the ring with him because you know your guy is going to get beat. He [Arum] never made me an offer. Nobody [from Top Rank] made me an offer...He has no intention to fight Caballero because he is afraid of him."

    These guys arent Barrera, Hamed, or Morales. 150k is not bad for his weight class.

    So basically you saying Arum lie about the offer? lol. I hate Arum but i doubt he will lie about the offer to Caballero. Getting pay 150,000,00 is a good money at this lower weight class.

    If Caballero has no problem with the 150k offer he should just make another video saying he has no poblem with the 150k offer, problem solved.

    ^^Maybe Cab promoter don't want to make his fighter look bad by saying "him and his team refuse."? lol.

    Why wouldn't he just say that the offer was too low? Why the hell would they push so hard for this fight and then turn down a good offer? You know damn well that wouldn't make sense. What makes more sense is Arum protecting his fighter's image when it's clear as day that he wants no part of Cab. Lopez backed himself into a corner by claiming he would fight Cab in Jan. His promoter is now doing his best to get him out of that corner.

    The only thing im comparing Lopez to Mayweather is in the money situation. Last time I check your not in anyone's camp or work on either camp, you don't know what goes behind doors. Lopez fights at lower weights were money is very important when is available. These guys don't make huge figures. Other than that there is no comparison. Mayweather is an level where he has to start fighting the opponents willing to fight him or never getting the credit he wants to be remember as a fighter, Lopez has other choices and his career is just beginning. BIG difference on the levels of careers at this moment for both fighters.

    Mayweather fought Marquez at a very unnatural weight for Marquez and lets not forget to mention Mayweather's ??? on his weight. Say what you want, but Lopez is willing to go up in weight to fight a dangerous Gamboa or not one but two top 10 pound for pound fighters at their weight. How is that showing fear. If anything Lopez is not to blame is Arum if you know so much about the boxing business.

    So apparently Bob Arum is the only one that lies in boxing or any sport. Everything that team Carabello says or anyone else says is the truth.

    Everyone has the right to believe what they want. You can't call everyone a liar, just because you have a feeling is not the truth. Everyone has their opinions and the only ones that know the truth are Arum and Carabellos team.

    Many people tend to blame the fighters, but they have to understand fighters are just there to make fights and make money. Half of the time or even most of the time they dont know whats going on in negotiations until a contract is made up. Even at times they find out things just like us fans do in examples what the press releases.

    Bob Arum is definately lying in this situation. It would make zero sense for Cab's promoter to lie. It makes all the sense in the world for Arum. Give me a good reason for why Cab's promoter would lie. I can give you several for why Arum would lie.

    Cab's done playing games with these clowns. There's no need for him to make a video saying he's ok with a offer that was never made. JuanMa will not fight Cab. That fight is not happening anytime soon. Arum already saw the kid almost get KO'd against a journeyman. He's not going to risk ruining the all Top Rank fight between JuanMa and Gamboa, by putting JuanMa in there with Cab.
