Floyd, Nonito, Sergio, and Juan are all "cerebral" fighters.

I dont get why martinez is being stepped over, he basically won all his latest fights impressively as a underdog, and his ko was atleast even as impressive as donaires who was favoured to beat montiel. Eventhough I dont want to discredit donaire I dont get why he leapfrogs martinez here.

Anyone else think 'activity' should be a factor with P4P ratings?

Marquez yes. Martinez? I dont know. But Martinez might jump him with an impressive performance over Dzinziruk.

IMO watching the rankings of P4P over the years, guys who come up in weight and win via decision or especially via KO get better rankings in the P4P list than guys who fight only in the one weight class.

Yes I do, I dont see how mayweather is still number 2 with all the inactivity. If he doesnt fight soon, I can see him slipping down the rankings.

No, not necessarily. But after so long of inactivity, a boxer should be dropped altogether. A year is plenty of time.
