Apparently, he's being sarcastic when he accused Pac of using roids. He was the one that started that whole **** right? That " SARCASM " is the reason why the fight will never happen.

Pac has prepared for his whole life this showdown. He wants it. He has slowly moved up in weight, worked on becoming a complete fighter even building his heart and chin along the way prepared for any type of attack and to sustain it. his last 12 were all live opposition none far at all from their prime.
Mayweather has never thought of that tough test it's about making money and keeping a zero on your record. Mayweather wants nothing to do with this guy and is way behind in preparation. If he takes it he will be swimming in some deep ass water.

This sounds silly. The Mayweathers know how to keep their names out there. They know the boxing world will bite on whatever they throw out.

 

I haven't heard it but this is consistent with floyd's stance all along...If floyd thought he would beat the Pac that has been destroying guys as of late, the testing would be a non-issue (see Mosley)...

the original plan was, Floyd to unretire and announce his fight with Marquez on the day Pac fights Hatton. Floyd expects Pac to win a grueling 12 round war by decision or by a late stoppage. Then Floyd would cash-in by fighting Pac next. easy money for floyd, fighting a smaller popular guy who would be easily beaten at least on paper. But Pac manhandled Hatton better than Floyd could ever imagine. Floyd then started ducking pac and the rest was history
