    No. Wlad works hard in his career, he losses his title in 2003, but he comes back, and since 2006 he is the IBF Champion, the longest reigning in boxing historie!

    And the first Champ since Lewis who unifies the titles.

    Wlad is the IBF/WBO/IBO and Ring Magazine Champ!

    IMO Wlad is the WBA Champ too. He beats Chagaev. Valuev refuses to fight his mandatory Chagaev (like David Haye :yep) and Haye gets the gift "WBA title" from Sauerland.
