Apparently the Flannagan fight will be reannounced this week, with it potentially being held in Manchester. Could be a good night with Zelda Barrett vs Ronnie Clark being put on as chief support?

Also mentioned no offer from Hearn regarding Yarde, he should announce two more shows this week and seemed happy about Tyson Fury.

He's clearly going to be signing Fury, it's just a matter of time.

Thought they could put on a good card in Manchester if they went that way.

Any clue on the fights he is announcing for June/July?

I’d imagine the Flanagan / Fury fight and then the rearranged Saunders bout.

    Just watched it now.

Deflection after deflection on Yarde - Johnson.

“Yeah well I put Tete Burnett on the table and I’m still waiting for a response”

“The British title was something we wanted, we made Frank a huge offer but now Johnson has it, Yarde is number 2 in the world so I’m not sure if we’re looking to take that route”

“He’s number 2 in the world with the BO so we’re looming a huge fight by the end of this year”.

Using Tete and (falsified) world rankings as a shield

I can't wait to see Fury back in the ring, he should fight, at least, 6 times this year, no joke, if he were to do that, he would be unbeatable.................he just needs to get his distance and timing back..............6 fights would not be too much if he fights fairly easy fights................

6 times is unreasonable now. In an ideal world he was out every 2 months from January. Now you’d hope he gets out in June / September / December.

IF Fury fights at all he won’t get out more than twice at the most - the guy is a joke and should not be considered in the same bracket as real fighting heavyweights and none BS talkers like the guys fighting this weekend

Fury doesn’t need to fight a load of bin men. He can get them kind of run outs in sparring. He needs someone who is top 15 who will make him work really hard. Like a Takam or Hammer, smaller heavyweights who he can protect his chin from.
He’s still young, it should only take a few rounds to get his timing right.

We’ve seen the likes of Andre Ward, Mikey Garcia, on a domestic level we’ve seen Callum Johnson, all come back at a decent level. The difference is these are/were young lads. If they were mid to late 30’s like Haye for example then it’s 10x harder.

I think I now enjoy his interviews more than Hearn's. He is probably the most bigger person I've ever come across, it's comedy gold!

It’s about keeping him in camp constantly for me and maintaining his conditioning. 2 fights means at least 2 months off this year. This isn’t advisable for him. We’ve seen what happens when he’s left to his own devices.
