    Oh you mean because Wladimir was actually a world champion at the time, yeah but still the same man AJ fought and stopped though.

    Jennings is bang average at best and Ortiz is a very old man, with a poor resume and a proven PED cheat.

    After seeing go another eleven rounds with Chisora I can see why he’d avoid Ortiz,I’m a bit of a Whyte fan but in all honesty Ortiz would beat him.
    Thing is though if he fights Joshua next for the belts it’s hardly duck is it?

    You can hardly blame anyone for not wanting to fight Ortiz unless they absolutely have to. He's the definition of high risk/low reward.

    Outside of the champions and Fury, Whyte is in the best position possible. He’s getting a title fight this year, and only the most biased will
    claim that he hasn’t earned it.

    Ortiz is too high risk, low reward at this point for Whyte.
