Acosta is probably "too small" a name for Valero.

I really wish GBP and Top Rank could work together for their own version of a 6 man tournament for the lightweights. It could be on HBO.

From Top Rank- Acosta, David Diaz, Edwin Valero
From GBP- Juan Diaz, Michael Katsidis, Vincente Escobedo

Quit trying to talk **** you ****ing goon. Antillon got caught, took the 8 count, and got up. He wasn't stumbling around or anything. The ref stopped the fight prematurely IMHO.

And, moreover, Valero still sucks. And I would still pick Antillon to beat Valero's ass.

He did impress, but Urbano made it easier on him by not jabbing his way in and just following him around the ring...playing into Acosta's hands.

Urbano beat the count and was on steady legs and the ref stopped the fight prematurely. Urbano WAS coherent enough to take the eight count and got up so he knew what was going on. He was looking right into the ref's eyes. Sure, he was hurt, but he would've been able to continue. **** happens though, and you never know what the ref is gonna do. It's a crap shoot.

That's because you don't know how to score a fight.

How's that? Who exactly is dropping like flies? The Velasquez brothers??? I've seen them fight twice each, so how exactly are they "my favorites". Oh, I get it, because I try and talk about them to off-set the same ridiculous threads that get made on BHO day after day after day. They are prospects, and I liked what I saw, so I made it a point to talk about them. Same thing with Antillon...NOBODY else was talking about him so I took the initiative. You really need to find something else to do with your time rather than try and trade wits about boxing with me, boy.

Come on, buddy. Even after they cut his gloves off Urbano was glossy-eyed. During the interview he was just barely starting to pull his **** together.

He TOOK the eight count and was looking at the ref the entire time and was on steady legs. He knew exactly what was going on and his actions prove that. Not hard to understand but apparently it is for you. He spoke and looked fine in the interview, btw.

The fight was stopped prematurely...the ref seemed inexperienced in the way that he stopped it....like he wasn't even giving Urbano a chance. I don't really give a **** if you disagree because I know what I saw.
