R7 to Powar 10-9 due to better combos but lucky not to lose a point hitting after "Break" was called

    67-66 Powar.

Stunned he wasn't docked a point for that, it was so late after the break.

Great fight though, Power is seriously game, almost lot of shots hitting the gloves though. Will be interesting to see if he tires

R8 to Powar 10-9 due again to workrate.

Edwards looks like he has run out of ideas.

R9 to Powar 10-9 through cleaner shots although his cheek beneath his right eye isnt looking too good.

    87-84 Powar

    R10 again to Powar 10-9

Cleaner shots, more work, Edwards looks lost.

    97-93 Powar

Better from Edwards who just nicks it 10-9.

Needs a KO though in R12.

    106-103 Powar.

I agree, and it’s a good place for women’s boxing and for Lauren, but people really need to learn their craft before coming at the likes of Claressa Shields.

That was a tough fight, she came out bloody and bruised, and yet she and Shalom were instantly trying to sell the GOAT fight afterwards.

The talent pool is so shallow that the gap between the mainstream names and the truly elite level never really gets bridged, and eventually that just tunes viewers out. Claressa would light Price up like the National Grid at this stage.

I agree. It was an excellent fight on a surprisingly good undercard.

It didn't look tasteful on paper, but there were some really entertaining fights on a good night of boxing.

100% agreed. Lauren Price cannot match Shields physically. She is too small, and if the fight takes place, it will be a mismatch.

    Shields walks right through Price.

Price v Dubois at 147 is the fight to make.

Does Shalom even have a stable any more. He only has about 8-10 fighters

His show last night only 2 were from his stable, which seems to be the norm for Boxxer shows now. Just 1 or 2 Boxxer fighters on the bill and the rest non-Boxxer fighters. Small venues, and tickets being given away for free.
