They will lose. There is already precedence for issues like this. They gave Pac money for exclusive rights to try and secure a fight. This happens in baseball too. Where a team pays million for negotiation right just to talk to Japanese player. Doesn’t mean the player will sign with them , this sounds about the same.

 

Makes sense. This could probably be it, somewhat like it. So a little bit like an estimate for a construction of a house would be paid even though it would/could not be constructed yet or at all by that contractor.

That seems rather shady but not the first time. Remember at the start of Pac's career when he signed with Golden Boy after Oscar gave him a million+ dollars? Top Rank took them to court and retained Pac.

I get what youre saying, but i think Spence is a way more dangerous fight for pac than Mikey would be.
