After reading through this thread, was I the only one who actually enjoyed (to a certain degree) the Edwards fight?
Thing about Edwards is that he always gives 100% and that at least has to be applauded...having said that it wasn't one of his better fights, even taking into consideration the amount of leather thrown
That will be a great contest v Tony Bellew...:yep McIntosh's style will have to make him come towards Tony and he will get bingo'd...:bbb
I've seen McIntosh interviewed twice after fights. One he'd lost badly (to Cleverly), the other he'd won easily (to Oakey) and he came across the same way in both interviews. "If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same"
I enjoyed it, it was a good scrap, not alot of boxing skill but plenty of punches, lots of action, no real dramatics or ups and downs but fun enough to watch I thought.
I try and introduce a little culture to this God Forsaken place and this is the thanks I get???:twisted:
Thats absolutely spot on...the man always has a smile on his face...even when Cleverley was knocking him down he was getting up with a rueful smile. He does seem like a top bloke
Wscousers tend to be like that, they think it goes with the whole scally image thing :deal.....you know that he wears Kappa as well
