Imo, it's gotta be the later version of Briggs.

 

Of all-time I'm not sure .

But of recent times Audley Harrison at Heavyweight and Howard Eastman at Middleweight have been extremely lazy .

 

Still believe Shannon Briggs pictures are to be found in Guiness book of records for laziest fighter.
