Workout everyday by going to a bunch of thugs and picking a fight. Either run away, beat their ass or get beaten up. Either way, you'll end up burning a lot of calories from your workout.

Pretty much it in a nutshell. Laziness isn't something that you can just finesse yourself out of. Make yourself exercise everyday and it will gradually become part of your lifestyle. It's you against you...who's gonna win?

the part about smoking is sooo true, dude you will get so sick off get whooped in sparring or feeling like a jerk gassing out during any form of prolonged drills. take advantage of that moment when you are so disappointed and just throw out those cigs, cos later you will reason yourself into keeping them. i know this. just do it

Simple, one person is proactive, the other reactive. Stop analyzing this and get going!

Go for a job. You're feel alot better about yourself after you've done it. Get in the swing of things.

I kind of understand where Pea is coming from. Last year i finally decided to get my ass in gear. I was the type who hated exercise, and always got bored going to the gym (still do, actually). But I was tired of being so damn fat

So I started at home with some exercise tapes I downloaded online (P90). I also changed my diet up, focusing on eating smaller, but more nutritionally balanced meals. Anyway, once I finished the P90, I slacked off again. But keeping the better nutrition mindset allowed me to keep most of the weight I lost off.

Then I started training in September. Like some of the other guys said, boxing will make you start living better. If you smoke, you're winded, and you get punched in the face. If you were drinking, your head hurts, and you get punched in the face. If you didn't eat right, or sleep enough, you have no energy, and you get punched in the face. If you don't hit the gym on your days off, you improve slowly, and still get punched in the face.

So start slow (KillSomething's post), and when you feel like you are ready for an intense workout 1 or 2 days a week, go box.

1st thing for motivation - put a picture up on your wall of an image you would like to look like.

I know it sounds like 'what?' but at 18 I weighted 110lbs , put a picture of Arnold on my wall and said 'right , this is the first day of the rest of my life' I now weight 190 lbs , love working out gym , aerobics , boxing etc and the rest healthy food and feel great.

Dont start tommorow , start now!!!
