Big Bob got sweet FA for going over there and fighting .
Why would others want to go?
I remember reading how Gary St Clair was treated when he also went over to fight for a wbf titlle he said he was ill treated and starved and couldn,t wait to leave.I know of plenty of our fighters that have fought in South Africa and I have never known one that has had a good outcome... If you'se do..........Name one

    Jimmy Carruthers twice.
    St Claire once.
I know Les Sherrington loved his time over there and would go back in a heart beat.

Hey mates, just tell me this, out of these prospects, Tupou, Leapai, Haumono, DeMori, who's got more upside?

    Haumono-Best natural talent

    Leapai-Tough *******

Tupou-Shown the best improvement considering his experience

De Mori-Shown the best initiative by fighting in US

Hard to put one ahead of another but I'd say Leapai and Tupou have the best prospects, Bowie has the best competition and a great training team while leapai seems willing to fight anyone

    Thanks a lot.

Haumono - His career is still going slow it seems.

Leapai - Reminds me a lil bit of Tua, could add something else to his arsenal bc he is looking rather one dimensional, would be nice for his career if he managed to land a fight with Hoppa next, for the Aussie title.

Tupou - Guy is physicaly very imposing, but isn't he crossing the line a litle and putting on too much weight? 270lbs plus on a 6'2" frame seems a bit excessive. Is there a video of him fighting somewhere?

De Mori - Has improved quite a lot, body, footwork, quickness, would be helpfull if he could work some more on his power.
