    furys easy handling of johnson proves it.

    the early rounds slaughter by leapai of johnson took too much out of johnson. you cant take blows like that and not be damaged. alex was 2 seconds from stopping johnson. johnson was hurt bad and said after the fight..."that is the most brutal mother ****er ive ever fought".

    just because johnson got the win, doesnt mean he didnt become damaged goods. the murderous punches alex rained down on johnson have taken their toll, like fury proved.

    johnson won the fight, but he hit alex less. alex did more damage to johnson than johnson did to alex. on paper it says johnson won, but physically and mentally he lost, and alex has grown.

    its a funny thing sports psycology. especially in boxing. you can become old overnight, like jones and fenech.

    alex could fight johnson over and over. but johnson couldnt handle fighting alex over and over. he just couldnt take the bashing.:deal

    the ref should have stopped the fight and awarded the fight to alex, and saved johnson from the extra damage alex imposed on him.:good

    leapai hits harder than any heavy in the world. the bashing johnson took was merciless. johnson lost something that day. alex found something. boxing is a brutal game. and thedamage big heavyweights do to eachothers brains and commitment cant be underestimated.

    Yea kinda like Wales were 20 seconds from beating the mighty Wallabies today but at the end of the day a loss is still a loss , the thing is with Alex is. he came close but he lost the same as we did today ,beaten but not broken , Wales showed as much class in defeat as Alex did and its a pity certain supporters of his cant act in the same manner Good luck in your comeback from injury lionheart if ya reading this post you still got plenty of fans on this board .

    Don't **** about with him Crush I know your s handy ****er yourself but that old ******* would probably turn you off at the Mains even now , IMO probably one of the finest players I ever saw who didn't get capped , bloody criminal to be honest . Is he living down under these days mate ? .

    So every one tells me. He lives in Sydney. He is a champion bloke too. He told me he got selected for Wales a couple of times and got ruled out injured. Anyone who plays over 400 top grade games has my respect.

    Yea Crusher he would walk a cap these days and be earning six figures at rugby sure , he was prone to injury mate due to the type of player he was , glad to hear he is doing ok and living in the sun as its bloody freezing up in Bleanavon this time of year , I played a few times v the forge side up there when I was about 20 year old against some real tough guys who only saw the light of day once a week on a Saturday afternoon .

    yeah well scince we are name dropping. my mothers cousin was bobby davidson who captained/coached the wallabies in the 50's. he was the great grandson of lewis morris that signed the declaration of independence of america. the morris family, of which im a direct decendent orrigionally came from wales. (as did bobby fulton pictured).

    i have the morris family album of 150yo, a gold ringwith the morris crest, and wax letter seals of themorris family. how old. about 200yo.

    but anyway. alex damaged johnson. no doubt about it.
