I'm really starting to believe in this Leapai guy. If he can eke out a win against the Weida, I think he can go places. Maybe he can find an even tougher opponent next time, maybe one that's alive?
I'd say sally is just :stir Noel has plenty of contacts no need to worry I'm sure Alex will make his mark soon enough :good
Let's hope your right Mel , I love to see a anyone come back from the brink of self destruction and get the respect they deserve , (especially one using boxing as his mode of transport) , later guys and good luck Alex

From the Brisbane Courier newspaper ... The end was swift and brutal as the explosive Leapai, 32, detonated bombs from both hands. Leapai, a Samoan-born father of six from the Logan shire, continued on his quest toward a world heavyweight title fight in 2012 when the referee Adrian Cairns halted the fight after just 1min 56sec. The American, 39, from the small town of Kewanee, Illinois was having his 71st pro fight and said he had rarely been hit as hard in 16 years as a pro fighter, taking on the likes of world champs Wladimir Klitschko, Ray Mercer and Orlin Norris. ``Alex is a tremendous puncher,'' Weida said. ``But I didn't realise just how tremendous until tonight.'' Earlier former rugby league star Solomon Haumono knocked out game but outgunned Junior Pati in two rounds. Leapai's record is now 25 wins against there draws and three losses, his last by split decision against Colin Wilson in 2008 which he avenged by knockout a year later. Weida suffered loss No.22 . He was down early in the round and in no condition to defend himself.
