styles make fights. 25 wins 25kos. impressive stats from wilder. ive looked at him on youube. he is MADE for alex. alex to ko this bum in 2 rds.
you mean IF alex stops hitting him? wilder has a jelly chin. wh y do you think alex has a better list of names on his resume than wilder? why is a former bronze medalist so protected? why isnt he fighting blokes at johnsons level? because he is chinny. he is padding his record. i also noticed, he retreats straight backwards, head high. leans back to avoid blows using his height, leaving him off balance and no where to go. because he relies so much on his height he hasnt learned to develop how to bob, weave or duck. throws right hands off the front foot, gets all spastic when throwing combinations, and cant finish guys with precision combinations...... he has a snappy jab. but he often REACTS with a jab when an opponent balks to come in, so, ie; an opponent could 'draw' his jab, slip it and counter with a big right hand, left hook. he holds his left low, and his right low also. when he jabs heis also open to a left hook counter. when he leans back he is in extreme danger of overhand rights. he reacts wildly to getting hit. he unleashes unruly combinations and starts trading. bad, bad habit against a short puncher like alex.
I don't mind watching Alex fight its exciting for a couple of rounds . Only problem is after about 4 or 5 rounds he is rooted and the fight becomes painfull to watch . Not a bad domestic level guy but that is it .
Alex is nothing more than a big punching brawler. Any fighter who can use his feet will beat him easily. He also gets hit clean and most big punching heavyweights will stop him.
Alex will probably have a hard time landing much but it's a good test for Wilders chin and body if he does.
never seen alex fail to put shots on tall guys. they cant keep him off them. he has an uncanny ability of getting in close without getting hit, and throwing bombs without getting tied up. big test for wilder. too much for the 'bronze bomber' i recon.:deal
