Americans claim that Wilder is the greatest heavyweight of all time because he has never beaten anyone ranked at all, so much so that Wilder is ranked #3 WBC without fighting for it. At least Leapai fought someone ranked in the top ten, actually, was ranked #1 and was Vlad's mandatory.............

What he should be paid and what he will be paid are two altogether diffrent propositions. As a mandatory both camps have a negotiation window to put the fight together. It would behoove Klitshko to give him a "fair to generous" offer as if it goes to a Purse bid Leapai will get a fixed percentage of the highest bid. Being that Wlad is a rock star in Germany and K2 along with their televison outlet RTL will definately air the fight I would believe Leapai could receive somewhere in the ballpark of 800k-1.1m
