I was very surprised at the result, I expected quite a tough, rugged fight.

Lebedev kicked ass big-time. Much credit.

he's a major talent but it seems he's just not hardy enough.

i'm thinking lebedev destroys huck. huck gasses every time he punches, he's lazy and lays on the ropes - it seems he's made for lebedev, who should slowly break him down.

let's just hope lebedev v huck doesn't get any delays due to sauerland trying to keep their fighter safe.

if frenkel is the puncher that ppl say he is, and if he gets by macca (in england), then lebedev v frenkel would make a great fight. if that's the title frenkel is looking toward...

Am i the only one who see's Lebadev as a very beatable fighter?

I think anyone with decent boxing skills and a chin to go with it boxes rings round him,
    very entertaining though

Lebedev has been on a nice run as of late. The Alexeev win is another feather in his cap. It will be interesting to see him against Huck since Marco is made of tougher stuff than Alexeev. That should be a very entertaining fight.

lebedev is a top guy in this division! he will be champion for sure
i cant see huck winning! i promise to you all lebedev will smash huck!
he doesnt even need to knock huck out! lebedev can decision huck easy too
once huck gets hit with a real powershot he will run clinch all the time and headbutt lebedev! but lebedev is too smart for him

Just saw the fight, IMO it was a 4 punch sequence that finished Alekseev, the first coming at 1:26 of the second, a straith left hand that landed flush, then two others landing clean in the time span between, plus the killer one that finished Alekseev for good.

Lebedev is quite a talent, quick heavy hands, tremendous counter puncher, a granite chin and skills.

I'm pretty intrigued to see how he fares against diablo, huck and cunningham.

it was definitely a one punch KO. lebedev's straigt left simply blew alexeev away, causing him to falter 3 times attempting to get up.

yep but Alexeev never recovered from the three lefts he took in the first

    by whom?:huh
start a poll i´m sure around 80 percent on here would agree to you. ;)

its not going to be a walk in the park for Lebedev like the Alexeev fight was though. Huck cant box but ppl forget that he is a tough fighter. Its around a reverse Alexeev style match up.

are sauerland going to devise plenty of ways for huck to delay or avoid this title defense vs lebedev?

this super 6 (really super 4 without showtime) is basically super sauerland, the promoter matching his fighter vs each other and crowing a champ who can collect big money. i hate this idea because super sauerland means: HUCK, CUNNINGHAM, WLODARCZYK and YP HERNANDEZ. YP isn't very good, and cunningham has clearly bettered huck and wlod already. super sauerland will cause delays for the fights that really matter - cunningham v ross rematch, after their last controversy; and lebedev v huck - denis has earned his shot vs ismailov, alexeev and macca.

i hope lebedev was kidding about wanting to fight british heavyweight derek chisora, because the latter insulted povetkin (who shares the same manager as lebedev). seems like a dadt argument that the promoters wouldn't pay any attention to.
